This video was shot in 2013 as part of the international Pilates meeting held in Athens. It aims at introducing fascia to the public, shedding light to unknown aspects of fascia’s existence, function and and enormous importance in the perception of the Self, space and movement. Since then our knowledge has greatly expanded.
