The Conditioning for Dancers program is an exercise regime that is tailor-made specifically for dancers. It comprises a combination of functional exercises and techniques that aim to improve the overall physical condition and performance of dancers. This program is ideally designed for dance teachers, students, and dancers who aspire to improve their own or their students' physical abilities and enhance their technique in order to succeed in exams, auditions, and performances.


The primary objective of this program is to provide guidance and assistance to dance teachers, advanced students, and dancers to systematically build their technique, prioritize their goals, and achieve them swiftly. The program can be used occasionally to activate, exercise or incorporate inactive areas.

The exercises employed in this program are arranged by region and are based on the most up-to-date exercise science principles. They work to stimulate neuromuscular function, increase elasticity, and intensify each part of the body while maintaining overall awareness.
